I began my career in 2015 with a job that paid $80 a month. I worked 12 to 16 hours a day. I cleaned the office, cooked, and handled the banking and the paperwork.
I also visited factories, collected the data, prepared the reports, delivered them and collected the payment. That job taught me what it means to own a piece of work from start to finish. It is the standard I still hold my team to.
After a year in that job, I started freelancing in 2016 as a graphic designer and virtual assistant for U.S. entrepreneurs. Over time I added web development and digital marketing. I also studied business administration, which changed how I looked at my own work.
One idea has guided me ever since: design and marketing only matter when they lead to sales. A website can look great and still bring in no enquiries. When that happens, it has not done its job.
Over the next few years I worked with U.S. businesses of many kinds, including several earning six and seven figures. Seeing how they operated gave me a clear view of what good execution looks like.
In 2019 I started working with U.S. coaches as a marketing assistant. I kept seeing the same thing. These were people with real expertise, and they were spending their week on funnels, websites and video edits instead of coaching.
Many had already tried to get help. Some were paying high agency retainers with little to show for it. Others kept losing momentum to freelancers they could not rely on.
More tools or more training would not have fixed that. They needed a team they could trust to do the work and take ownership of it.
I began growing YouTube channels for clients in 2020. I saw channel owners pay for quick subscriber offers that harmed their channels for years. I also saw valuable videos go unseen because nobody had optimized them to be found.
I often compare it to a promotional poster kept inside your house. The poster may be excellent, but nobody will see it there.
YouTube builds authority and trust when it is done consistently and done properly. That takes strategy, editing, thumbnails, SEO, publishing and analytics. It is not a one-person job, and a busy coach should not have to carry all of it.
In 2021 I founded SkyrocketCoach. I brought together a group of specialists in Barishal, Bangladesh, and trained them.
That focus is deliberate. Because we work only with coaches, consultants, and experts in their fields, we already understand your audience, your business model, and how your clients decide to buy.
We run on three values. Integrity means we treat your brand with the care we give our own. Reliability means we deliver on time and to a high standard. Partnership means you bring the expertise and we bring the execution.
Today SkyrocketCoach supports more than 50 coaches and consultants across the U.S. and Europe. Our team handles YouTube management, video editing, sales funnels and automation, website design and SEO.
Our clients record their videos, then get back to their clients and business. We take the rest off their plate and keep communication smooth, so they always know where things stand.
I stay closely involved in strategy, design and client relationships. Mustafa Galib leads operations as our COO, working with our video editors and web developer.
The coaches and consultants we work with are very good at helping people. I want them to spend their time doing that, with peace of mind that their marketing is in reliable hands.
Away from work, you will usually find me with a camera or listening to country music.
If any of this sounds familiar, book a call. We will listen to where you are, explain what we do, and you can decide if we are the right fit.
